Youth Athlete Foundations

Youth Athlete Foundations (YAF) is a 6-week online course designed for youth athletes who want to learn to improve functional movement to enhance their game. Each week (below) has a specific focus, including a movement topic, nutrition focus and injury prevention. And although this course is self-paced, we suggest that students focus on one topic per week in order for habit building to occur. Week 1: The Core, Breath, and Sleep Week 2: Mindset, Hips, and Hydration Week 3: Stress, Anxiety, and Feet Week 4: Shoulder Mobility, Posture, and Food Choices Week 5: Injury Prevention, Vitamins and Supplements Week 6: Full Body Movement, Cold Therapy Once purchased, this course is available for life and includes a pdf version of the workbook and supporting videos to guide students through the workbook. You may also purchase the YAF kit ($139) and pick it up in person.
